Concept
The installation creates a space for introspection and mediation to address the unsettling sensation of being caught between two opposing dynamics: living among unruly nature and a rapidly changing urban environment, between our origins and our creations. It almost seems that we have lost our connection, not only with our surroundings but also with our starting point. On one hand, we increasingly feel disoriented in a world where everything moves too quickly, overwhelmed by data and information that are exchanged everywhere at a pace that becomes impossible to comprehend. Meanwhile, we have distanced ourselves so much from our natural selves that we can no longer identify with our origins—a nature that continues to evolve at its own pace.
