[01] Concept The NeverRest Worker's Uniform is a project in collaboration with The NeverRest Project, aimed at designing specialized uniforms for sherpas and workers involved in Everest expeditions. This uniform is intended to improve their working conditions, enabling them to perform their tasks more safely, while also helping to reduce the risk of injury or life-threatening situations.

The potential success of the project has relied on the collaboration with experts and companies, allowing for a thorough investigation into both the mountaineering world and high-altitude textiles. This ensures that each component of the gear meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and durability under extreme conditions. The prototypes presented below were developed in accordance with industry standards, considering the feasibility of future mass production.

[02] Team The entire gear was developed by a team of six engineers and designers who conducted extensive research to identify the main challenges with the equipment currently used in such expeditions, proposing new solutions. These include: the Dhala cranial protection, by Patricia Bové; the Dhala-Sürya facial protection, by Vanina Gil; the Sut suit, by Laura Palacios; the Oxei oxygen mask, by Lola Bofill; the Khangsar rescue backpack, by Enric Bruguera; and the Sagarmatha boots, by Paula Sánchez.
